Thanks to you, my a.f. is healed. I checked out your website in desperation. My problem has been ongoing for a couple of years, with pruritis going on for about 12 years. After reading your web site I made only these changes:

• quit drinking coffee completely,
• I now eat oatmeal with flax seeds (ground) and lecithin daily,
• drink as much water as i can and
• take lots of vitamins and a colace now and then.

In 2 weeks it healed. The relief is immeasurable, I was in screaming bloody murder pain, oh and ibuprofen helped too. Thanks thanks thanks and thanks again. My doctor recommended surgery a year ago and warned I might be incontinent as an old lady. Best to put that off as a last resort, I say!
